This module covers the fundamentals of serving court process under Alaska Civil Rule 4, including who can serve, how to serve different parties, and the requirements for valid service. It establishes the groundwork of due process: ensuring defendants and other parties receive proper notice of legal actions against them.

It may be slightly repetitive but the overarching idea is that the process is understood. At the end of this module, you will be required to demonstrate your competency and learning.
